hydro safety switch

Hi folks, i have a 2016 Kubota 2650... the safety switch that is activated by the hydrostatic back and forth will not stay in position and the nut to tighten is very difficult to access. Is there a way to tighten this once and for all or by pass it alltogether. If machine stalls in the middle of a mud pile...and won't start, it is not fun trying to get that switch back in position. thanks for any and all advice. L2Bob@aol.com
