OK Guys need a little help. 2013 Kubota L6060 HSTC. It has a Loader and two rear remotes. Was using the tractor and Bam loader quite responding no lift. Changed Fluid and Filters thinking that may be the issue but nope. Tried moving the hookups around for the loader and no help. Then I realized the three point was not working as well. I got the bucket up enough to get it home. Started driving it and found that if I held the joy stick to the curl position my steering was fine. If I let off the valve steering gets super hard.
So My question is do you think Pump or Loader valve? I've been told that the pump on this tractor has two separate sides one side for travel one side for steering, and hydraulics. When I look it up on line I don't see it that way.
I do not know if I even did this part right but I took a gauge and put it on a connector. I then checked pressure coming out of each loader connection It only showed 500 pounds of pressure. before I spend a boat load rebuilding or replacing things I wanted to pick your brains. Thanks for any help in advance

I would guess that there is a bad connection in the flow/pressure line between the tractor to FEL valve to Rear remote valve to three point control valve.

So look at every quick disconnect and take them apart and reconnect them. Cleaning them would be a good idea if they are dirty. Usually one has just come partially apart and it blocking flow and creating problems.

If you have a backhoe that was removed, did you connect the backhoe hoses together properly (or activate some valve if that is how your tractor works). That would be blocking flow to the three point control valve and probably putting the pump into a relief valve dump somewhere.

Is there a valve at the block (where the hoses running to the FEL valve connect)? Is it turned to the proper position?

But your statement “bam, loader quit responding” does sound like everything was just operating fine and then suddenly stopped. That and 500 PSI reading are indicators of a failure in the pressure producing side of the system. But you need to do some more diagnostics in a logical manner to resolve the issues.

Start with verifying that all hose quick disconnects are clean and properly attached.

If that does not fix the problem then see if the pump is actually producing flow. There is a hose from the tractor block to the P port on the FEL valve. Remove it from the P port and place that end into a clean bucket. (Remove any quick disconnect ends if there are any.). Start the tractor and see if you have any flow out of the hose. Don’t run tractor at high RPMs or for long since you are emptying the transmission sump.

Turn tractor off and report results.

If there is no flow the pump is not operating properly which could be the pump or the pump drive system. You may want to look around the pump and see if you can spot and damage to the pump case, hoses or connections to the pump.

Good luck, come back for further investigation steps.

First thing I'd do is put your gauge on the power-beyond / pressure port feeding the loader valve and check system pressure there with the joystick in relief (full curl). You should see something closer to 2500+ psi, not 500. If it's still 500 at that point, you're likely looking at pump / pump drive issues or a stuck-open main relief, not just a bad loader section.

Since steering comes back when you hold curl, that says fluid is being forced through a different path when the loader valve is stroked. Go through every quick coupler in the loader / rear remote loop, and make sure the PB circuit is fully completed back to the 3pt.

Off the top of my head neither. Check the remotes to make sure the are both in neutral.
