Having issues with my ALO hydraulic valve . I’ve posted a picture for reference , the 3-4 side has no issues but if you look where I’ve labelled 1-2 it is shorter and seems to be stuck. I originally thought the cable was pooched. The pressure from the pump is fine. Just wondering if I should be considering a full seal kit or if anyone’s built one of these . M100 tractor . Thanks

ALO????

I can see what looks like a seal that has come out. If it's not centering there may be more going on than a dislodged seal.

I’m fully expecting to find some worn parts in this thing .
I am not clear on what the valve is. Is it one of the rear remotes? If so they are stack valves and easy to remove just the one for service.

And yes - if the cable is not stuck something inside the valve is.

Ah - the bucket spool on the front loader control valve. What model loader and is this the standard or self leveling valve? The standard valve is a conventional sectional- the self leveling is monoblock and much more complicated.

The model is m46 the valve is on the right side of the cab and there’s a 3rd function valve on the front of the loft arms crossmember

8Nm as a spec to torque the check valves I cannot remove them. Any suggestions ?
It would help greatly if you could ID the loader and what valve option if any you are dealing with.

8Nm is nothing - 7 lb-ft. Are you talking about valve load checks and if so why remove them?

It seems as they are over tightened. The ID tag on the valve has faded so I’m looking for another ways to ID it. I will be calling the dealer shortly.
