Hi, I'm new to the forum, having just bought a b2100 tractor with hydraulic fluid leak from the rear valve block, a pipe is rusty and fractured its integral and can't be changed. Apparently the block is no longer available new and if I can find one it's £600 or more which along with other problems on the tractor makes it uneconomic to repair.
I am looking for a hydraulic schematics for this model? As I no longer want the mower deck and believe part of the block is a feed for it, im looking to possibility adapt it as our attempt at repair hasn't worked.
I took a punt on this tractor not realising the extent of its problems and I'm not sure if I've got a shovel big enough to dig my way out....

A picture might help explain what you are looking at.

You can find the WSM and a schematic here:

Thanks,
Great copy of the manual that is. Seems like all the copies I have needed of manuals in the past, all have photos that are close to useless...
Nice one, thanks!

I have an original OEM printed and bound WSM for my B7200. The images are pretty much all greyscale smudges. Kubota wasnt particularly concerned with the lihographic quality of their manuals and srill isnt today.

I think this is with mower deck which is no longer needed. But trying to find more info. So I can convert or replace with a different block.

That looks like a typical Kubota outlet block with auxiliary control valve. The outlet block has three o-ring ports as follows:

  1. Pump pressure out from tractor to the control valve inlet
  2. Pump pressure return from the control valve power beyond outlet (high pressure carry over in UK/Europe speak)
  3. Tank return from the control valve tank port to the sump on the tractor.
Cloning the outlet block with one that has female ports for hose connections is trivial. If you were in the US I would quote you $50 USD labor and materials.

Take the block to a local machinist and seecwhat he/she wants 🤔

Thanks for the information, I've passed it on to a hydraulic specialist friend.
Do you know if I can get a block without auxiliary outlet?
Regards Martin.

Given the age of that tractor I suspect salvage is the only source for the OEM block off plate. Fabricating one should be pretty easy.

But he has to connect your #1 to your #2 with drilling in the block or an external loop of hose or tube. #3 can be blocked off. If #1 is blocked then the pump is dead headed. If #2 has no input then any downstream hydraulic system (3 point hitch) will not be operational

And your numbers are random list numbers and not any sequence number on that block.

@TheOldHokie - are these correct statements or am I not understanding your statements and number schema correctly.

I am trying to state things clearly while you sometimes assume that everyone understands the hydraulics as well as you do.

I would assume his specialist would understand that but other readers may not.

The OP wanted a hydraulic schematic for the tractor which I dont have. Instead I was telling him in simple terms what the ports on the block he is removing do - nothing else. I dont have a clue which ports are which and made no attempt to identify them. Plenty of time for more detailed discussion if/when he asks.
