Hydraulic question

I've never been satisfied with the valves on my b7100. It drops rather than releases slowly, and not at all when not running. It's an eaton mono block.

Will this valve on eBay work as a front end loader valve.

It will work, just not very well.

The GPM's are to high, good loader control comes from a matched valve, You need a valve in the 5 GPM range, more is not better in this case, leads to a lack of control.

Also that valve is cheap because it has all BSPT ports, will get rather pricey and a PITA to get the right adapters to convert it to your piping and hoses.

Also note how many hoses come of the feed side of the valve?
2 or 3, 2 means no power beyond (so you would need the plug) and 3 means you need power beyond.

Try looking on surpluscenter.com's site, for a valve with the specs that NIW provided, They have a lot of hyd stuff, there...
