2003 BX23. running my snowblower when the PTO drive shaft popped off the front connection. now have hydraulic fluid pouring out of the back PTO seal. What will it take to fix?

It looks like the seal just popped out. Take the driveshaft off, spray the area with brake cleaner and assess the damage without the grime. Only then can you determine what is wrong. Post another picture once you have it cleaned for additional advice.
