Nah.Not in my woods with rocks, juniper, aspens aplumb. No way I could get the tractor into some spots let alone maneuver it just right to cut a branch! I bet it is great in open areas though.
You don’t have nearly the jungle we deal with. Have several trees whose lower limbs exceed 20” that I can reach.
it’s not a one saw does all. Use man basket, various polesaws and the the hydraulic saw all for maintenance. The hydraulic saw sure can trim and clear limbs easily. Miles of wood lines, fence lines, roads and trails need help. Does take some delicate practice to get good.
Agree a HST tractor and grapple almost a prerequisite.
