Hydraulic leaking from bottom plug of gearbox 3240

I have a 2006 kabota 3240 with hydrastatic transmission and front loader. Intermittently hydraulic fluid streams out of a plug from bottom of gearbox. The plug has a small pin going into the middle of it. What could problem be?

It has a leaking seal probably front propeller shaft seal.
