Please verify a couple of things.
1) the oring in post #20 picture is the new o-ring and after you had clamped it down and ran tractor and there was still a leak.
2) The tractor was fine and then a “sudden” leak started AND you verified the leak is from this joint, not some point above it.

I don’t see any crack and the o-ring in post #20 seems to be a proper fit. Do you concur? I know NIW already stated ”no crack” but don’t think I saw a statement from TOH about it.
But I have no idea why it would be leaking now unless it was not properly installed and torqued properly. I guess you could create a leak by tightening one bolt down before installing the other two but that is grasping at a straw to identify a leak potential cause.

I suggest you take the pipe and the o-rings to the dealer and ask their experienced mechanic if they see a problem with the pipe or the O-ring. Take the original o-ring if you still have it.
