Apparently they last 23 years.
My 1999 L3010 has had 4 hoses go this year. Only a couple more to go!

I had 4 go this summer and my L3800 is only 8 years old. The belts were all on my BH 77 backhoe but I have never lost one on the tractor itself.

I had one blow at about 30 hours. Clearly defective from the factory. Needed it to unload my chipper from the back of a tractor trailer the next morning so went to the only custom hose place open on Sunday (NAPA) and bought one. Worst part was it was about 2 minutes into a regen and the hose was the loader supply so only way to stop it to keep from running the pump dry over the next 20 minutes of regen was to shut down the engine, which the manual made it clear to never do (thanks, EPA). Shut it down and said a little prayer before restarting. It went right back to regen and completed with no issues. I did not enjoy the hot oil shower at all. That was not a good day.

Some of the hoses on the loader on the Farmall are older than I am and no issues at all.

Changed out the ones on my 1980's Fisher Speedcast full hydro plow just a year ago, just because. They were still working but I didn't want to risk it anymore. :)
