Hydraulic hose leak

I bought a BX2230 from a dealer this year. Soon after noticed hydraulic fluid drops underneath. I believe I've found the leak in fitting (hopefully) near fan. My question, is this something I can tighten up and go, or is there an o-ring in hoses? If replace hose looks like I need to remove floor pan?
Thanks

'fun' part is getting the wrench in there ! Be sure to use the CORRECT sized wrench NOT an adjustable !!
When done, spray down the area with brake cleaner, 2-3 times.
Check/refill hydraulic oil !
Should be 'good to go', use for 1/2 hr, check for leaks.

I have a question. My male connection on third function is leaking where it goes into the bulkhead on loader frame. I didn't use tape or sealant as I've read you shouldn't.

I would use brake cleaner and get everything as clean as possible and then run it at low RPMs and look again for the leak. The air coming off of the fan has a way of making oil go everywhere and may hide the true source of the leak. The fan itself looks like oil has leaked ahead of the radiator and was pulled back by the fan. Do not tighten high pressure oil hoses with the engine running.

If you have a tapered pipe thread, then sealant is needed, all others do well if lubricated at assembly.
