Recently bought a b2150d. Gonna change the transmission fluid. It’s a geared transmission. Do I have to use kubota’s stuff or can I use another kind?

What does the manual say? Does it have a loader or other hydraulics driven by the same oil as the trans?
Some other folks may know your model better. I would just stick to the UDT if it's called for.

Kubotas price is like 3 times as much just like everything you buy there

The USA's a big place but, assuming you're not in a super cold region, a universal tractor fluid should be fine. Just not the super-cheap 303 or whatever it's called, never that junk.

2 or 3 times changing the oil at Kubotas price and i could buy another tractor

Part of being able to afford something includes being able to maintain it properly. Trying to save a few bucks can cost you big down the road. Been many of instances of fellers putting the cheap crap in and causing big issues.

This seems to be the hot topic for the week. For that tractor there are plenty of perfectly fine alternatives to Kubota UDT. Just steer clear of all the 303 "yellow bucket" crap.

I bought a manual and it says I can use tractor hydraulic fluid. My Kubota is not “hst.” It’s gear driven. So any high grade hydraulic fluid.

No - you can use any good qualiy universal tractor transmission oil (UTTO/UTF/THF)

Hydraulic oil is a different animal.
