It's just a matter of disassembling the cylinder and replacing seals and reassembling it. I will say that's one of the easiest cylinders to disassemble, you just need a gland nut wrench to get the end off.

It may be cheaper to have the shop do it. Shop I use is $90-$150 for repack.
