Even easier and less prone to error for a novice to get the number off the coupler and look it up. I cant read the full number in his photo of his coupler but it looks like it ends in 04N. That leads me to suspect it a 1/4" female flat face coupler from Summit (FF14F-04N) and the female thread type is 1/4 NPTF. If so that matches his male fitting and begs the question of where and why its leaking.Check out this online guide to identify a hydraulic thread type/size in 4 steps.

The most common cause for leaking hydraulic fittings are mis-matched threads.
