Hydraulic Fitting Assistance

Does anyone have a good way to take a male 3/16 inverted flare fitting and size it up to a 1/4" JIC? I cannot seem to find any adapters that are Female inverted flare to male JIC.

Count your lucky stars there’s not British Pipe Thread in the mix....... can you cut the end off the hose and put another fitting on it to not bother with adapters?

Unfortunately no. There isn't enough hose length if I cut it.
