Have a l245 with a snow blade on t he front. would like to remove blade, lines, leavers and all mounting hardware. need to know if i can block the two lines off that come from rear off tractor going to leavers or will that mess the hydralics up?

NO that would be bad and Yes it will mess up the system! It's called dead heading.
You can remove everything, but you will need to loop the in and out line so that fluid can still flow.
