I have a Forrest city do all that needs some new rims. The rims that are on the plow now are 12 lug 15 inch but the axles only have 6 lugs on them.

I have been running 235/75 r15 tires for years.

How do I measure this wheel? Can I just measure it using the 6 lugs used.

Thanks

What are you trying to measure? If it's the diameter of the bolt pattern, 6 should be fine. Implement wheels are usually standardized i.e. a 6 hole rim off of a JD implement will fit a 6 hole hub on IH, Case, Oliver, etc.

Are the 6 unused holes the same as the used ones with the taper for the lug nut, or are they just through holes. I recall some implement rims having through holes in them so that you could mount duals on them if the hubs were threaded for them and you had a spacer. What feature are you trying to measure? Offset? Bolt pattern diameter?
