I have not been able to find out the year my kubota was built. The serial # is 58914 and the engine model is DH 1101-A I've looked at a lot of sites but have had no luck. It had 909 hours on it when I purchased it 9 years ago. Now it has 1400 hours. It's been a fantastic tractor. It has four turf tires and has a wide stance. It has a front dozer blade hydraulically controlled. I added a roll bar and fiberglass cap. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks

Not sure the age of yours, but mine has SN #52015 and was purchased in April of 1979. About 3400 hrs on it.
My son is on the L245 in the pic. We're trying to start the Cat 22.

Just a comment on pull starting the old CAT. I helped my uncle start an old Allis Chalmers crawler using his old Wagner loader. The Wagner has a 3 cylinder two stroke supercharged Detroit Diesel that sounds like a 6 cylinder because its firing on every stroke. I couldn't even tell the little crawler was back there til i started seeing white smoke then black smoke pouring from the stack. Pretty good way to start machines eh?
I own a L245H four wheel drive Kubota tractor and it's born on date is 1979, yours probably is around the same time I guess. I like my tractor too!
