I have to brushhog 10 acres this coming weekend. It is a perfect 10 acre square with only one small loafing shed and about 10 trees on the entire deal, No stumps or rocks and the weeds are about knee to thigh high. I have a L3830 and a 6 ft brushhog and I want to run it about as quick as I can and get a decent cut. Just wondering how much time I should have in this?

If you take your time, you'll get a more harmonious outcome.

Say you saved 1/2 hour. What would you do with all the time you saved?

Time is money... I had my seat belt on and I have ROP... Didn't hit anything and had a Harmonious day. 2 Acres per hour... Have brushhogged many others since this and it helped me to gauge time per acre...

Day before yesterday I clipped 30 or so acres of pasture in about 5 hrs. No wife, no kids, it was just good old tractor theropy...Nice
