My buddy has a B7100 four wheel drive. I believe that it needs a rebuild and the tires are not great. It has a 4' Land pride tiller on it. Just wondering how much I should offer him. It is an older unit, but looks fun.

Don't offer him anything for it. Ask him what he wants for it. Then say yes or negotiate. Otherwise you many offend your friend and he may not sell it to you!

Need to know a lot more.....
Dont need year, can see it it old style - but how many hours, does fire up? Smoke a lot? Lots of blow by? What else goes along with it?
It needs an exhaust, betcha that is loud if it runs!
Seat was replaced a while back , what else has been done?

Not sure about the hours. I know he needs to pull it to get it going, that makes me think that it needs a rebuild (not enough compression?). I have checked most of the easy things, (battery, fuel, starter, glow plugs and even primed the fuel lines up to the injectors). We also put a brand new muffler on it. It does puff the white smoke while it is turning over. So, I guess my question would be, what does everyone think this little tractor would be worth? I don't want to low ball him by any means and I definitely don't want to pay way more than what it is worth.
