Ok, this is probably a dumb question but how do I know if my L2350 has power steering or not? I need to order a new drag link and there is obviously a difference as there is two part numbers. The p/s drag link is waaaaay more expensive. If it has p/s will it have a belt driven pump just like a car with fluid reservoir and such? If so then mine definitely does not have p/s but just wanted to double check before ordering the wrong part. Thanks for any advice!!

Tractor Data site lists it with PS.

It usually runs off the main hydraulics so no belt-driven external pump.

Should be a hydraulic cylinder behind the front axle, between the front tires near the tie rod. Also look for hoses somewhere around the front axle.

One way to tell too - Take your pinky or one finger and place it on the surface of the wheel as you move - can you steer the tractor? If so - It's got power steering! Otherwise you will need a grip and a groan!:D:)

Going off of memory, as it's been a long time since the L2350's were built....

L2350DT (4x4) had power steering. L2350F (2wd) did not.

No pumps. Kubota's power steering runs off of the hydraulic pump and some valves. So you won't be able to find anything externally, but you may find a set of hydraulic pipes running to the steering box if it does have power steering.
