Hose clamp boots!

I'm taking delivery of an L4060 in a few days and I noticed zip ties from the factory securing hoses to cylinders.

While probably fine for a few years, I have seen a better way (photo attached) but unfortunately I cannot find the name of that rubber boot protecting the hose under the pipe clamp.

I'm hoping someone here knows the name of those and perhaps where to get them. Hopefully this helps others too, thanks!

I have never seen them.

Kinda looks "homemade" to me.

But there are lots of very knowledgable people here so if/when I am wrong, I'd also like to find out what they are called.

This was an interesting search.
I used "Rubber anti vibration hose clamp" and came up with a bunch of stuff.
Like @Runs With Scissors I think it might be home made.
The radiator clamp certainly won't protect the paint in your picture (if you care).

Some folks just split some rubber hose and it works just fine. Like maybe a piece around the hose and another for around the tractor cylinder (or whatever).

Cable ties work fine, they are used by OEMs, they look "professional", and they come in all sorts of materials. Hose clamps look amatuerish.

If you want padding slip a little thin wall rubber tubing over them. Or put a couple wraps of electrical tape underneath them.

Isn't the outside of a hydraulic hose made of rubber in the first place? I can understand using an elastomer mount under a steel line to prevent vibratory abrasion.

I like to recycle inner tubes for things like this. Cut to length and wrap it around the cylinder and hose before putting the clamp on top.
@Henro has a good option too.

Right, the vinration and slight movement of the hose when its working is killer. I actually damaged the hose on the other side with normal use. It didn't have any protector for the hose clamp

Splitting hose is a good idea! I do care about the paint. I hear kubota paint leaves some to be desired

Think outside the norm.

Look into things like Pool Cue Racks, Fishing Pole Racks etc. The rubber cradles look to be from those lines of use. They, or similar may also be available related to water pipe and tubing. Maybe also available in the anti-vibratory category.

A hot wire would cut something like this into multiples. It could be also split for length for many more.

Tony is right to question, the nylon cable ties do not hold up in Texas sunlight and ultraviolet.

Stainless wrapped zipties work great!

Might go to a muffler shop and see what they have for hangers, the rubber part that hooks on the rod that hangs down that holds the exhaust pipe . Might be able to modify some of those for your use.

Closest I can think of would be using the cushion part of a 2-hole vibration dampening routing clamp.
