Can't help you with a replacement , maybe you could remove the hood take it to a body shop and have it repaired just a thought.

In 2013 I priced a new hood for my 2012 L3800: $750 painted without stickers.

Before body shop:

After body shop ($400):

After rattle cans (9)

I am guessing yours is nowhere near as bad as my machine came with. It took my body guy 4 days of work to get it fixed. Amazing work.

I had some rocks fall on the hood of my L3800, I now have 2 dents. Has anyone replaced a hood? Do they come painted?
CCR did a fantastic job on his !!! And his was no small dent.....

I would not fix the hood just yet, as you realize- you have TWO dents......
in 6 months you might have 3 !!!

When I got my brand spanking new tractor with less than two hours , I raised the bucket and turned away, dropped a piece of wood on my hood, nice dime size dent, I look at it often to remind me that - stupid is as stupid does!!!!

If you WERE to fix it .....fix it - dont buy a new hood! I think once you see HOW much a hood is ......you'll learn to live with it, or fix it !:D:)

I have replaced a few hoods over the years. they have all come painted. As I recall, they were around $500.00.

I had a tree branch fall on my hood. Some idiot had a tree fall in the wrong direction.
I checked out the prices and flipped. I just removed the hood and run it with the hood missing. Looks like sh#t but nobody ever steals a Kubota that looks like it's on it's last hour.

If you were selling it, another matter.

DougA, I've got a couple of stock trailers that look pretty bad. My wife is always suggesting I get them painted or get rid of them. My answer. "What's nice about them, they're so ugly no body will steal them!"

They're kept on a farm 20 miles from the house with no one living there. They just keep getting uglier and uglier!!
