As the title says - help, please! :)

I have a B7510 for which I've acquired a front-mount B2771 snowblower and its sub-frame mount. This is wonderful, except this tractor has no remote hydraulics, no loader, nada.

Would anybody know the correct Kubota part number for the hydraulic block cover, please? This is the flat steel plate that has two bolt holes bored through it and two threaded holes tapped into it to provide access to hydraulic pressure and return. I've looked high and low for the P/N and my local Kubota dealer seems totally stumped by this request unless I can give him the part number. (No, I'm not impressed with this dealer's parts department.)

Also, if anybody has fab'd their own loader valve mount I would sure appreciate any guidance on this topic, including dimensions of steel used, and a photo or two would be incredibly helpful.

I've asked my dealer to source the proper B2056-1 kit to install all of this good stuff since it would have the hydraulic block cover, the hydraulic valve and hoses and the weldment to mount the whole shebang to the tractor. Yup, would be perfect if the lead time on the order wasn't a "minimum of 12 weeks". I'll need to be ready for snow well before that date..

Thanks in advance for your help.

Just a long shot, but if anybody happens to have any of these parts available, I'd welcome an opportunity to purchase your excess stock.

Adapter plate: 75536-68110
O-rings (2):75536-68130

There are other parts like adapter fittings, so let me know if you need those too, If your going to make your own hoses you'll probably just want to use your own adapters.

The adapter does high pressure input and high pressure power beyond it does not do return.

Two notes:
If you do a single or dual valve without PB and return make 100% sure that it has internal pressure relief or if you hold the valve for a second too long it will blow the seals out of the pump.

Most newer valves are three hose valves, In, PB, and Tank so you will also need to add the line to the transmission housing for the tank. ;)

Thank you, Wolfman!

If I'm understanding your (much appreciated) cautions, the aftermarket valve that's best suited to this task is a dual-spool valve, with one of the valves being a 4-position valve with float function. It should also have Power Beyond function. I don't think I would consider a valve that didn't have PB and return as the level of risk to the pump seals would be far too high.

Where you've lost me is with the reference to a 3-hose valve, since the Hydraulic Block outlet cover has only 2 connections. The new valve body should be plumbed with its IN sourcing high-pressure oil from the "Outlet" port on the hydraulic block outlet cover. I "think" the PB connection on the new valve would go to the "Inlet" port on the hydraulic block. If I'm thinking right, this will allow full-pressure oil flow through the newly-added loader valve and back into that big fat steel hydraulic line that is being tapped into via the hydraulic block. The "Tank" connection has me a bit baffled as there does not seem to be a ready-made place to attach it. Since I'm kind of using my existing LA302 loader on my other B7510 as an example, my confusion arises from this setup not using a "Tank" line.

When you mention adapter fittings, I'm assuming those are the tight 90 degree fittings that thread into the hydraulic block outlet cover - they seem pretty much a necessity to keep the hoses clear of the pedal mechanisms mounted under the floor boards. If you have ready access to those part numbers it would indeed be helpful. My gut instinct would be to go with banjo fittings in this location but I think my gut is likely wrong as banjo's would provide too much restriction to flow.

Your sage advice is very much appreciated.

You need to look at your B7510 closer as there should be three lines coming off of the loader valve one line goes to the side of the transmission case.

I would think any valve with PB would have the third line too, but i could be wrong.

the adapter fittings are just straight fittings, I'll look them up later, and also post a complete picture of the line setup.

Banjo bolts are fine for Hydraulic connection and no they don't cut down on flow enough to be an issue, but I don't thing you would get one to fit it in this case.

Just did this to my BX1500. Yes the adaptor plate mounts two of the three hoses to/from the control valve.
On the BX 1500 the third hose taps directly to the tranny casing just "south west" of your new block you install....

Found a front mount 50" Kubota snowblower, Kubota 50" Front plow, two (yes two) loader control valves, the frame-mounted pedestal for the joystick/controller valve, and the complete hydraulic quick hitch, all hard and soft hydraulic lines and frame mount line holder.
the complete setup $3300.00!

Thanks again, Wolfman.

Reamer - sounds like you found a good deal. Wonder if your spare hydraulic valve might fit my B7510... If you wanted to part with it, that is.

Uh yeah... DOH! I have now seen the "tank" line. Have to get more light so I can see how it connects to the "bare" B7510.

Wolfman - would you know if this is a special fitting for the "tank" line to connect to the transmission housing? (And a great big thanks for prompting me to put my glasses on before crawling under the tractor again!)

Thank you thank you thank you, Wolfman! That's exactly what I was looking for.

Now I can move forward with getting some parts to make this thing work.

Again, many thanks.
