I am in need of help finding a part for my g2000 snow blade. I am in need of a lift rod, however Kubota discontinued the part. They referred me to 12 different salvage yards but none of them have it. I tried to get the dimensions from Kubota to have the part made but they will not give it to either me or my local dealer. The part number is 70050-94134, several dealers have it listed on their websites but when I try and order it, I am told it is out of stock and discontinued. If anyone has any ideas I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Crazy! I hope the refund went smoothly!

Is this rod something you could make without too much trouble?
With it being rather inexpensive, I can't imagine it's to "precision crafted"...and if you would like, I could maybe build it.....but needing a picture and dimensions to start.

Thank you for looking, Keller sold me the part then told me the next day they couldn't get it.

Hello,

your rod looks easy to make. A straight round piece of steel, one hole and one screw thread. A little bit bending, paint and that's it.

http://www.colemanequip.com/Kubota-TG2742-Parts/G1800-G1900-G2000-TRACTOR-SUB-LIFT-FRAME-PARTS-21004/

It's No 4

For adjustments you can make a groupe of holes and try which fit the best.

Every black smith could make one.

The first thing would be to measue the part, if you don't have an example: Try to get the screw thread or inner diameter of the nut or No5, and the diameter of the rod by measuring the space of No3. The length of course and the hight the two bendings should cover.
I believe Dave can help you out.

Yep....should be rather easy to fabricate......Thanks Carl! :)
Dimensions and thread pitch/size.

What about square tube as an option? The strength can be significantly enhanced with ST.
