Help I need a mower deck gearbox!

My boys and I love our G2000s riding mower but the gearbox on the RC60-G20 has cratered! serial number 31577

The part # 7650899064 (Bevel Gear Case) is discontinued but i could not afford it anyway at $1105.00 :eek:

Does anyone have a lead on a used one? We are happy to pay shipping to Canada!

Hope someone can help us get this awesome mower back to work!

What do you mean by "cratered"? Could you post a couple of pictures? It might be possible to repair the gear box. Sometimes as easy as replacing oil seals. On the other end of the spectrum, it might not be repairable if the bevel gears, shafts, and bearings are welded together or otherwise destroyed. Might be worth investigating a repair.

The guys at the Kubota dealer said it was not repairable.

No, just complete right angle gear boxes.
