Hi all,
best greatings from Germany!

I own a B8200HST which is ill in the moment.
Located Diesel in Oil firstly. Changed the fuelpump and injection pump also, but no result. During one hour of work I have 1.2Liter more oil in motor. It smels like Diesel but I feel its hydraulic oil in also. Right now im sitting here an look on the hydraulic pump. On the Datasheet its called gear pump and I have a little problem to translate it all.
Is there any one how can tell me which part on this pump I have to make new?

Many thanks!

Well the fuel smell could just be normal blowby and the hydraulic pump for the 3pt hitch is capable of leaking into the crankcase. Looking at the parts diagram it I'd be looking at the input shaft seal (13) to the pump (page 20) and possibly the orings.

Doesn't that engine have a small primary fuel pump "before" the secondary injector pump? Most do. I don't know if it was electric or mechanical. if mechanical that would explain how the additional oil volume was happening, punctured diaphragm.

Check it out, theres a decent probability I'm wrong-mistaken-or off my rocker!

many thanks for the information to you!

I order the parts right now here localy and hope all will be better in time.
The motor is a D950 and i located only one fuel pump.
Tomorrow a friend of me will come and test compression on cylinder. Further
the injectors will be tested with a machine.

Nice to watch. When oil level is ok (new oil 3Ltr. only to look what happens)
exhaust is black under power. When level grows up and goes over maximum
exhaust beginns to be white. A while later there comes black rain through the
chimney. That was the moment I recognized thats somethink is comming wrong.

Will report whats going on here. Next week we have local holiday and I will
go out for camping with my family.

Thanks for your support!

I'd find the problem before I went ordering parts and Kytim might be right. On the parts diagram it looks like there is something else there but I thought it was an offset so the pump would fit. Either way the only ways I can think of for that much fluid to get into the sump that quickly would be through the cam shaft take off or a coolant leak from the head gasket or one of the core plugs (also incorrectly called freeze plugs).

Good luck Mike!

Hi,

we found different failures:

Hydraulic pump´s shaft has "air". So far it do not make sense to repair it.
A new one cost arround 360USD and a alternative item # GPO120R cost 195USD.
Does anybody know the GPO120R ?

One injection nozzle do not work. Find it out by dismatching pcs. by pcs. suddenly motor dies - should be a singn that only one cylinder works.
There is rust inside. I cleaned it, but no much betternis. Will replace it.
