So I got what I thought was a great deal on a used tractor. But I can't find the filter for the the hydraulics , online I've found many downloadable manuals that show a plate that needs to be removed and there it is . My tractor doesn't have such a plate in front of the shift. I fill like a fool I've worked on bigger tractors all my life but this little thing is driving me crazy. Another manual read there was a filter you could take apart ant clean then replace, but again no luck. I've taken the top plate off the trans where the stick shift is and that's just gears. Another small plate was the cylinder for the lift. I did clean out the the bolt for the lift handle with air hose care not to loose the ball bearring. And the front cap of that houseing. What did I miss? Please help

Check on the side of the transmission towards the bottom. Towards the rear axle. I'm assuming if you are removing a plate, that your looking for a screen.

Hello

The filter is on the right of rear axle housing.Goes through the suction line that leads up the right side to the hydraulic pump. Looks like a big bolt. You can go to Kubota's web site and see a parts break down.
