I have a 1975 L285 with a 1200 FEL and the four bottom mounting bracket bolts are missing. I have looked everywhere I know to look and haven't found the bolts shown on any diagram or parts list. These bolts are just forward of the oil drain plug.

ANY HELP determining the thread and pitch would be awesome. If someone has a L285 without the plate it would be super awesome if you can check yours mine are not very accessible with the mounting plate installed.

My next plan is to figure out how to make a casting of some sort to get the pitch and thread.
FWIW
It looks to be fine pitch and it may end up being my pinkie finger if I can get it in there (and not loose it...

Maybe go to online 'parts' and lookup your loader, check the parts list ? Some fastener sizes are listed. If not, grab the part number then 'google' that. 3rd party vendors probably list dimensions.
Check 2-3-6 sites to confirm though, don't trust just ONE site.
Would think Kubota dealer might have them in stock ?
maybe add external lock washer or 'holding' Locktite to new ones, after you degrease them ?
