HELLO!

I am not a typical Ag Farmer. I am our Family's land manager/Tree farmer. I am mainly busy maintaining what is there like fire lanes, roads & other. As needed, I build/repair fences, make firewood, move a log to my sawmill or create a new fire lane/road. I just recently bought a Kubota B2601 for yard work and the Wife's large gardens.
I plan to get a grapple for the B2601.

Tractors In order of importance:

- 2024 Kubota 2601with loader and 3rd function
- 2006 ~65 hp 4WD John Deere with loader
- 1988 ~65 hp Ford 5900

I hope you will at some point share some of your tree equipment and methods. I was thinking just this morning about efficient tree harvesting and firewood processing methods for very small scale personal use, minimizing handling and overhead for home heating.
