I’ll do that in the morning I didn’t change the oil pump on rebuild really hoping that’s not the problem gotta go get a t and a low psi gauge

Did the oil pick up get it's O-ring?

Yes sir just worried when I set the head down I pinched it I had to move the head some to get it to seat

It’s got high oil pressure it’s getting up to 45 psi would putting copper coat maybe have blocked oil ports

If it's got 45 PSI then what's the issue?
If your getting low warnings you have a bad pressure sending unit, easy and cheap fix.

No copper coat would not plug up the pin pipe.
Are you thinking your not getting any oil to the head?
Have you pulled the valve cover to see if you have oil flow?

I read it’s supposed to have 14 psi

I read it’s supposed to have 14 psi

If it was reading 14psi, you would need to rebuild the entire engine!

43 to 64 is perfect:
15 psi is the low limit at idle
36 low limit at speed.

Like I said before at 45psi your perfect!
