Just bought a used Kobota B7100HST that is very hard to start. Replaced glow plugs and bled the lines already but still hard to start. Once started it runs fine but blows a lot of smoke and oil is coming out of the line under the tractor from the valve cover. On cold start the engine turns fast but after cranked and killed engine turns slow until cools down then cranks fast again. Any ideas?

sounds like you have a tired engine!:(

what you are describing is low compression and some rings / valves that need some TLC. No matter what you do, it will slowly get worse until the engine is rebuilt.

how many hours on the ol' girl?

I'll second what 85Hokie says, either rebuild or replace is going to be in order.
