Looking for opinions/advice/recommendations on 5 foot grooming/finishing mowers for a BX2380. If I could find a decent used one (Land Pride, Frontier, Woods, etc.) on craigslist or FB marketplace I'd probably already have one, but those seem to be few and far between in my area of central SC.

My B2650 sports a Bush Hog RDTH60 rear discharge finish mower. Very easy hookup and cuts nice! Lots of used equipment shows up for sale on many online equipment sites such as Tractor House, Machinery Pete, etc. Worth adding them to your search along with the ones you mentioned already.
The only thing I don't like about my mower is that I bought it for use when I only had my older JD750 compact tractor so it's color is green.
That may need some updating now that its behind the B2650.

Bush Hog RDTH72 - Built like a tank... Gone through one belt and had to replace a couple of wheels (previous owner didn't grease it enough).
ImnuinSC, ... you don’t mention your budget... But it may be worth spending a bit for a new one under warranty if the price is right.
I bought a 70” wide model from Betstco and it’s been good. It included free shipping. I’ve used/abused it in much higher turf and roughage than they claim it’s designed for (too lazy to change to my rotary-cutter) and it whacks it right down without difficulty.
I did have a spindle bearing fail after a year, but it’s got a 2-yr warranty and they promptly send me ...not just the bearing... but the Entire New Spindle as well as a new blade for it... AND TWO NEW BELTS!
Here’s their 47” model for $1100.

I’ve had two new LandPride (60&72”) and 3 Caroni (1 new 5’ and used 5’ and 7-1/2’) RFM’s. I wouldn’t hesitate to go with Caroni, especially since AgriSupply is probably in your area. Had I not stumbled onto fixer-upper Caroni decks I’d have paid shipping to PA.
First used deck was the 7-1/2’ when I was looking for a larger deck for the L4240. Second used one was to replace the 5 footer on the Ford 1210 that was bought new around 1992. Situations over the years required that tractor and deck to spend a fair amount of time outside. Then when the Kubotas came on the scene in 2002, the deck got used for rough stuff.
Caroni decks have taken abuse and parts from AS are cheap.

My L4400HST sports the same and it is a great mower. Recently purchased some Oregon blades and even better. For me you cannot go wrong with the Bush Hog brand.
I run the Woods PRD7200 (72") behind my B2650 with no issues and it does a very nice job for a rfm (let's be honest its not a scag or exmark deck on a zero turn).
Use to run a Woods RD60 (60") behind my B7100 and that worked good too, just the tractor doesn't have 540rpm at the rear pto to get the most of it.
I'd suggest looking into the woods PRD6000. I feel the PRD series does out shine the RD after having both. It is of a better quality with better components such as tapered roller bearings for example.
I recommend the solid wheels if you have a choice. The pneumatic tires didnt like to hold air all around and for the best cut you'd want to keep tire pressure the same in all 4 corners.
And lastly routine maintenance is king. Keeping on top of greasing them, maintain the gearbox oil, and keeping them cleaned off after mowing should allow years of hassle free service.
