Grapple

I have an L-47 and just removed the snow plow to attach a grapple. The grapple will not operate. The plow operated just fine. I can hear the hydraulic shuttle operating but still no grapple. Ideas?

Not to sound stupid but you have it hooked to a third function valve right?

I guess that you have a hydraulic cylinder on the snow plow and now have the grapple hoses plugged into the same connectors? Try plugging in the connectors again and make sure they go in all the way. Is there a chance that the grapple cylinder(s) or the hinge pins are rusted? Is there a chance that water got into the hydraulics and froze?
