My BX23S lawnmower has very little FEL strength so I can only install a gripple.

Up on gripple creek she sends me...
If I spring a leak, she mends me

I don't have to speak, she defends me
A drunkard's dream if I ever did see one

Using the SGC0554 on the BX. Used it as a "rake" and for moving brush piles, firewood logs. No issues lifting and moving a ~5ft x 20" relatively dry length of red oak. BX is a tiny tractor. Best to move multiple smaller loads vs. a single to the max load. Box blade attached for ballast.

Find the SGC a real handy implement for hauling, loading, and stacking logs I wouldn't be able or want to "muscle" around. Saves time and body. If real limited need. Bucket and/or pallet forks would work.

Lazy dolt me. Last autumn I moved some 4-6" oak and maple lengths from where they were sitting. Bit on the long side made for a few interesting moments. In this case. Just because the grapple can easily handle the load doesn't mean you should try.
