Does anybody know of a kit to reroute the hydraulic hoses for the Grand L series tractors? The hoses are precariously hanging of the side of the loader. This is aside from the fact its ugly and makes the loader look like an after thought. Or is it a DIY job? Previously owned a B3000 and the loader looked clean on it. Thanks

Mine look pretty neat. I was trying to attach a photo but I am having a problem doing so. I’ll put it in my album.

You know...I have seen many pics of Grand L's and that is one thing I have noticed.....some have the hydraulic lines tucked in and neatly run and others had them sticking way out like you describe?

Here is how mine came from the dealer. I have had no troubles, but then I don't need to go inthe woods.

The 40 series has the hoses tucked between the tractor and the loader frame. The 60 series has the hoses outside of the loader frame. If you have a 60 series and want to reroute your hoses, maybe you could get some ideas/parts from the 40 series?? My guess is that they made the change to make removing the loader easier.

Which loader did you get on yours? I've got a model LA805 as does Sheepfarmer and my hoses are mounted similar to hers as well... nice and neat.

I did get the 805 also I just don’t know why they couldn’t have routed the hoses on the inside of the loader arm. I’m sure it’s cause it makes it easier to get at the couplers to remove the loader. It just seems like they’d be more susceptible to limbs. Realistically I doubt anything would happen and I’ve considered just making a guard to help protect them which would be far less expensive than new hoses.

Guess if that’s my only gripe about the tractor I should be happy. Nice step up from my B3000, which I had zero complaints about other than its limited capacity.

I got a L3560 this last spring with the LA805 loader. I did not like how the fittings are sticking out either. Dealer said the were to many complaints that it was to difficult to attach when they were inboard. I have not run into any issues yet.

I just got the L4479 front snow blower, and they put a second set of fittings for the blower and they are mounted inboard of the loader. So it is possible to relocate the fittings inboard of the loader without interference... but I have never looked at the hose routing interference. Basically, maybe you could use the blower fitting kit.
