I have had this Grading Scraper since 2016 and have worn out three-blade edges due to 2 lime rock roads I have to scrape. So I looked up a replacement to purchase and decided to drill some additional holes instead. :p

Next time you need to replace the blades, look up and get so AR500 steel plate.
You need to have the holes punched or use really good bits to drill it.

I've had that on mine and it's still as sharp and flat as the day I put it on there, 5 years if I remember right. ;)

The AR 500 is what shooting steel is made out of...very hard. Any place that mills shooting targets probably can make you a custom one...

Around here the source for AR500 steel is the guys that make and repair the dump truck tips. Bring beer.

I got real lucky and about about 2000 lbs of 1/4" and 1/2" sheet cut offs for scrap steel price, so way less than normal cost.

To weld AR500 you have to heat it like welding cast, so it's not the best for welding, but it makes excellent low wear blades.

It's hard steel, so drilling it is rough to say the least, blowing holes via a torch or plasma is way easier.

Find a company that makes snow plow blades and loader cutting edges and have them make you one. It will be abrasive resistant steel and they will put the appropriate holes in for plow bolts. I used to have one that made them for our wheel loaders and bulldozer that were cheaper than OEM.
