2021 Kubota MX5400 1973 Kubota B6000 1979 MF245 J-Bar Grapple, Rake & Blade
Getting old has its benefits and it’s drawbacks. Being wiser is one of the benefits, having one’s body not cooperate is another.
I found a new Kubota step on EBay and looked at aftermarket grab bars (which seem to be non-existant for MX tractors) , So I took a chance on the Kubota step, and a US Surplus HumVee grab bar.
i am not a welder...but I sure can drill and bolt. I have @$80 in materials and paint. I now have a much easier time getting on my MX.
The additional step is a little off as I whacked it while being real aggressive with my grappler in a log pile. I will remove it and hve a buddy weld it in the future. I’m happy with my upgrades.
