This is my first year with a GR2120 with a 54 inch mower deck. So, it is the end of the season and I wanted to clean the mower deck, sharpen blades etc. I am having trouble disconnecting the PTO shaft. I watched several videos where they reach under the tractor, pull on the shaft and it seems to easily disconnect. Is there a release button on the yoke that I am not seeing? I pull on the shaft and it just is not releasing. Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

If the PTO shaft hasn't been off in a while the coupler may be stubborn to move.
Pull back the coupler - item #3 in diagram - then slide the shaft off. Clean and grease.
If you separate the two halves of the shaft it can be a PITA to put back together. It has ONE flat spot that has to line up just right to slide back together.

P.S. When you put it back on, pull the coupler back, slide the saft on, it should "click". Pull back and forth on it to make sure it's locked in place. Having a PTO come off while mowing is nothing but a bad day.

P.S.S. You can find the operators manual on kubotabooks.com

There's a collar on the end of the drive shaft that you have to pull back to release it.
Thank you Imnukensc. This is very helpful. On my BX there is a release button so I was not familiar with this setup. I appreciate the help.

Thank you Bee-Positive. This is also very helpful, especially with the drawing. I am going down to the property tomorrow and should be able to get the job done! Again, I really appreciate everyone providing the information I needed.
