HI : I have a gr2110 and noticed that I was losing poser up hills. Checked the fluid level it was down. Added more same thing happened .Noted fluid dripping off the transmission tightened all the hoses but seemed to be the overflow tube. Put a plastic bag on the overflow w and mowed and sure enough that had about 2 ounces of oil in it /. Any suggestions to fix ??

Many tractors have a vent tube on the HST/transmission.

Sometimes that vent can become plugged causing similar issues.

Not familiar with the GR tractors at all, but I’d look through literature for a vent.

Form my reading the vent tube and overflow tube are one in the same. SInce its draining oil out I am assuming its venting ok ?

If the vent and overflow are one-in-the-same, certainly sounds like it's doing its job.

Is there a fill cap you can open after running to see of the fluid is very foamy?

Sometimes air leaks on the suction side of the system can cause fluids to foam up.
