Does it crank?
It it just not firing?
Have you removed the fuel line that feeds the injection pump and seen if you get good flow there with the key on (electric fuel pump)
If you don't get good flow have you changed both fuel filters?
The stop solenoid on that model is on top of the water pump housing.
Its a passive solenoid and pulls the linkage to stop not run.
