my problem is my kubota gr2110 leaves uncut grass when i cut my yard this tractor has only 36 hrs. on it
i have checked tire pres, deck specs. i`ve had three sets of blades on it i use a mulch kit , and i have removed it and tried that.
it`s been back to the dealer 2 times and i have talked to the district rep. three times
all they tell me is that they have never had this complaint before. the dealer even saw how it cuts
i`m at my witts end with this thing
can anyone help???????????????
thank oyu

Sounds like your travel speed might be a tad bit to fast for the blades to keep up with. Try slowing down your travel speed and see what that does.

eric.thanks for your reply.
i`ve tried different speeds,i`m cutting so slow now that it takes me twice as long to cut my yard.
there has to be a problem elsewhere or a design flaw
thanks
john

Just a stab in the dark - are your blades on upside down? are they turning in the correction direction?

At what height do you have the deck set to mow. Perhaps maybe its up to high and it looks like its not geting cut. An ideal height for grass is 2 1/2" to 3" in height. I wound not recommend going shoter then 2.5"

I never could count or spell :)
You never know about those battery cables :D

I've had similar problems in the past after my son has worked on my mower. He isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.:D

dogboy - I have had a problem with a liner bolted inside the mower deck coming loose, which pushed the grass down and the blades going over the grass. I don't if this is your problem, but might be something to check.

The grass that your mower is not cutting wouldn't happen to be where the tires are running over it first is it? If it's tall stem grass I don't think it matters what kind of mower you have it will miss some.

Just for the sake of asking, what RPM are you running at?
