I am replacing the governor springs in my B1600 (D950 engine). I received the new springs today and I am not sure how to install them. The smaller spring fits inside the bigger one and they both connect to the speed control lever on one end, and the fork lever on the other. One end of each spring is marked with green paint. Where does that end connect to, the speed lever or the fork lever.
