It's snowing here this morning, first snow of the season, but it's not sticking at 3,200 ft elevation but sure is above 4,000 ft. I'm not going to get the MX set up for snow removal just yet. It's not unusual to have some snow in October but then weeks of nicer weather until winter really starts in late December or early January.

It's been snowing all day, and it's sticking on the roof of the house and vehicles parked outside. It's close to freezing, but warm enough I suppose that the driveway is just wet. If the the temperature drops tonight we might be in for a slick mess in the morning.

I was almost to Montana a month ago. Went up to Teddy Roosevelt NP and then down to SD badlands. Wished I had gone out to little big horn. It was nice then

It’s very much fall in northern New Mexico. Been raining off and on all week and the aspen leaves in the mountains are at peak color. We rode the chair lift in the ski area to 11,500’ elevation, but it was in the clouds and not very scenic.

Good morning. About time to pack up and head home from camping. Wet this morning, but not what was predicted. Ducks didn’t mind.

Back from camping, got the camper put away. Before we left, I lost a set of camper keys, however, I was 100% sure I left them on the counter of the unlocked camper.. Noticed a pickup idling on the side road while waiting for my wife to get ready to go, after that couldn't find the keys. Truck was there long enough I walked around the shed and looked a little closer at it, but didn't get tag number. So I'm wondering if someone walked up from the road to take a look see, and grabbed the keys. Can't find them anywhere else, and at one time I had both sets in my pocket, before leaving one set in the camper... Unfortunately didn't see anything on my cameras. Have ordered new locks for the camper and removed most items from storage.
two of my storage doors are needing replaced, water has gotten in and they are getting soft..
Only got .1" rain today, after the prediction of lots of rain and high winds.

Yep, a little train station in Louisa, not sure it's used but it has been renovated.

Interesting that The Staunton Santa Express departs from the Buckingham rail yard rather than the train station.

Bummer about your camper keys.

Is theft that prominent where you live, that someone would stalk your movements, search a camper to steal a set of keys out of a camper?

I could leave the keys on the dash of my truck with a big sign pointing to them and the truck would still be sitting there, with the keys on the dash days, weeks, months later.

But that is not a fair comparison. You always have a partner hanging around!;)

No, I’m probably being paranoid. Just coincidence probably. But I did order new locks.
I have looked all over for the keys.

Hopefully you didn't order 751 keys and locks. The seem to be the primary ones used in the rv industry.

no they are not. The original lock company says they have 24 different keys for their locks.. Debated a combo lock. In the mean time, I have a camera aimed at my camper, that will alarm my phone if there is activity. I did remove most items from the bins, just in case..

turns out the original lock is 751, so good thing i'm changing them. the luggage doors are getting rotten, might make new doors or will have to buy new ones. If I make new ones, will use the newer lock style.

Good Morning, currently 45 deg in my corner of the world. Hair Cut on the agenda for today, other than that, will see what needs my attention the worse, always something comes up.

Had to look up Sandpoint ID, I have a nephew near Idaho Falls. ID is one of 4 states I have not gotten to yet, but planning a trip maybe next yr. I need ID, OR, and NV out west, and RI in the east to have been to all 50 states. I was just up in ND last month on a trip where I visited NE and ND to get those 2 in. NE is a state I'd been all around, but never in before.
