If I remove a glow plug and connect the wire from the ignition directly to it then it should get hot if the wire and ignition are working properly. Correct?
You might take more time to study up on the subject before trying to redesign it. Otherwise it will cost less to have a pro check it out than putting smoke back.
The only thing that makes sense is poor conection,find it and the problem is solved.
