Ok. So for those with canopy And rops lights on their tractor. Do you have glare? Bugs? Any issues that one can learn from? No one really mentions issues like that (that I have seen). Let me know

The bugs and glare have both been mention.

Do a search for - ROPS lights bugs - and there is alot to read.

I have a open station M6800 with canopy. Used it for field work mostly. The front lights did a good job but I wanted better. I added trapezoid lights to the tubing on the bottom of the canopy itself. This placed the lights about two feet in front of my face and I had no glare. Bugs...and more bugs in warm or hot weather. If I were needing that set up today would install a fan to keep them off and some fresh air blowing on me. I think you have a valid concern about possible glare on lights mounted on rops behind you. I know with my glasses light behind me causes me issues.
Depending on the reason you are considering adding more light you may want to look at the current head lights. Some use a simple bulb and you can install higher wattage and maybe even a Led bulb.

I never had a canopy, but here's a thread where I gave my 2 cents on ROPS mounted lights. Probably has some similarities. Check post #11.

Chim,
How did you mount the lights in the tube?

I have mine mounted to the front of the canopy. I do not get any glare from where they are located. I haven't noticed the bugs being any worse than any of the other lights.

Chim,
How did you mount the lights in the tube?
The cubes are mounted to a small clip angle I made with a 1/4-20 tapped hole. I drilled a 5/16"-ish hole in the tube. With the cube pre-aimed and mounting tight, a 1/4" bolt was inserted through the hole in the tube and threaded into the clip angle.

A little more info on the setup:
