Buy a 3ph carryall. Strap the trash can to the carryall or put a pallet on the carryall and wheel the dumpster onto the pallet.

R2 manufacturing makes what they call a trash tamer. It connects to a skid that you buy from them that prevents you from digging to deep with your bucket. I’ve got one and it works very well.
