G6200 wiring info

I'm restoring a G6200 that a guy gave me. He said he had a hard time figuring out the safety interlocks on the machine which is why he got rid of it. I'm having the same problem. I put a new battery in it and nothing. The coil won't even glow. He said it did run, but that he had to sit on it just right to get it to start.
I've googled wiring for the machine with no luck. My intent for it is for moving a ski boat around the yard-no mowing so i'd like to disable the interlocks if possible.

Any thoughts ?

You can temporarily put a jumper in line at the switch to replace it and trouble shoot the "real" problem. you might get your test light out to follow the wires to find the problem. It worked from the factory, it can again with a little patience and thought.

Glad we could help you out. I'm just trying to re-pay for all the great info I've found here on OTT. And Thank's, I love those old Ford's too, but I sure wish my Bronco sipped fuel like my Kubota lol
