Fuel transfer tank

I have a fuel transfer tank that hasn’t been used in a few years and I’d like to get it cleaned out. I’m wondering if there is anything good to rinse it out with I was thinking about just using fresh diesel fuel but was wondering if there is anything else out there that might work better?

You could use some high strength (agricultural 20-30%) vinegar or one of these products
