Fuel Starvation?

I have a 2017? M6060HDC that loses power and runs rough after running approx. 5 or 6 minutes at constant high rpm (as in bush hogging, etc.). I have noticed that the water separator bowl will not be completely full after it has lost power. I have removed the fuel tank to check for debris, replaced the fuel filter, replaced the fuel line between the tank and separator, disassembled the water separator to check for blockage and blown out all remaining fuel lines with compressed air, inspected the tank vent, tried running the tractor with the fuel cap off. To date, I haven't replaced the electric pump.
I have followed similar threads and tried suggested remedies to no avail and I'm seeking advice from someone that may have had experience with this particular malady. Any pertinent ideas will be appreciated. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the fuel pressure should be on the M6060 out of the supply pump?
The electric fuel lift pump operating pressure should be approx 3 PSI.
Did you blow out the passages from inside the water separator with the hoses removed? It's common to find debris in the inlet side passage.

Yes, I have taken the separator apart and blown out all passages. It was very clean, not even small particles. Thanks for the data, I will check the fuel pressure tomorrow.

You can not test the supply pump pressure, it takes extremally precision equipment to test it.
Normal pressure testing equipment can not do it as the pressures can go as high as 31900PSI
Normal working pressures are in the 7300psi range.
Pressures on these systems are normally read with a computer via the sensors.
